– Jon Kabat-Zinn (Creator of MBSR)
I am trained in MBCT through Brown University School of Professional Studies, which is a focused professional credential for clinicians already trained in mindfulness
I try to embody an accurate and effective understanding of the processes behind recurring depression, and how mindfulness impacts them
Let’s develop a whole new way of working with (and befriending!) the mind and body, through experiential, uplifting shared experiences
Evidence-based, to help you self-empower and effectively disrupt patterns of depression and anxiety
New to mindfulness or deepening your practice? Invest in yourself or your team!
