• 8-week course in MBCT, advancing resilience, prevent anxiety and depression (in groups of 8-15)
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
Brief, structured intervention to change habits or reduce anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, or heal any pain from the past.
