About outdoor, walk-and-talk therapy:
This offers the direct experience of nature and the practice of mindfulness in a somatically-stimulating, alive setting.

I received my BA from Occidental College in Los Angeles in 2010 and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the CACREP-accredited Southern-Conn. State University in 2022


If you pay out-of-pocket you and I get to decide the direction, frequency and duration of our work without interference of insurers. Plans can often pay a portion of these fees, from “superbills” (receipts) I can provide!
