I received my BA from Occidental College in Los Angeles in 2010, and my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at CACREP-accredited Southern-Conn. State University in 2022


Paying out of pocket means you and I get to decide the direction, frequency and duration of our work.
And psychotherapy is often reimbursable by most insurance on an “out of network” basis (the plan pays a portion of the fees). Check if your insurance covers “superbills” (receipts) from outside providers!
